(Southern Oregon Pin-up Porter) Bottle 650 ml at home, served into a shaker, ABV 5.5% Deep mahogany brown colour on the body with a small and thin brown head sitting on top, with average retention, leaving light lacing around the glass. Aroma of chocolate mostly, caramel, light butter, faint fruity notes. Taste follows, milky chocolate, cocoa, some caramel, moderate sweet all in all with a touch of roasted malts and bitterness on the finish. Plenty of chocolate again on the aftertaste. Medium thin body, carbonation on the low side. It drinks pleasantly, although nothing very special.

Black with thin head. Roasted malts and chocolate in aroma. Flavour is similar with a nice balance of bitterness and sweetness. There’s a light smokiness in the aftertaste adding a touch of complexity.

markextrae (1875) - NETHERLANDS - MAY 8, 2015
shared bomber bottle bought from a dutch web order. poured a dark brown colour with a somewhat caramel off head. notes of roasted caramel malts, toffee, chemical syrup sweetness, ash note, malts, some sweet chocolate, smoke bacon, iron, again a big let down of this brewery. price is pretty cheap for a bomber in the netherlands. but that´s def. noticeable in the quality.

Bomber shared with Joes: Served in tasters: Brown black (dark ruby in light source) beer with a small to medium sized beige head. Aromas of roast, chocomalts, dust, light coffee, light roast, very nice. Flavours of lovely roast tones, chocolate, bitters, malt roast/toast, freaking easy drinker and thirstclenching with very nice dark tones! Aftertaste is nice, soft and light roast, choclate, bitters... Low carbo, light creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied. Very well executed porter!
