COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bigger in every way; more malt, more hops, and more body. Munich malt provides the straw color and backbone. While the Columbus, Centennial, and Cascade hops give this ale a snappy bitterness as well as a spicy aroma and finish. Fermented with the most attenuated ale yeast available. Dry-hopped and filtered.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a golden color with a white head. The aroma is mildly tropical fruity sweet. The flavor is pretty dry with a bigger body than the regular IPA, but still a bit skimpy on the late hops. Solid spicy bitter hop finish. Very similar to the regular IPA.

On tap at brewery. Clear golden with almost no head. Very faint grapefruit aroma; where’s the hops? At least this one has some body to the palate - gets an extra generosity point for that. Taste is cereal grains, malt, vanilla, and caramel with some hints of grassy hops and a light bitterness. The best offering by far.

Golden pour with a sticky white head. The aroma is okay - a little bit too much malt sweetness and a kind of harsh ethanolic flavour. A little bit of earthy/fruity hoppiness but without any resin or dankness.
