Traditional unfiltered wheat beer, brewed with 2-row barley, malted wheat, Carafoam and Munich malts. Lightly hopped with German Pearle and Hallertauer varieties. Slight fruitiness with flavors of clove, honey and bananas. Bavarian Hefeweizen Yeast IV.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear pale yrlow / straw coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is doughy grains, bready, hints of clove spice, wheat, lemon. Flavour is composed of grains, doughy, grainstore, bread, light spicy clove, carbonic acid. Palate is light, slightly thin , moderate carbonation, slightly tart finish. Lingering grainy and hint of citrus.

On tap. Pour is hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma and flavor are both of yeast, citrus, and wheat grain. Very light bodied, refreshing.

Very light color...very light...and hazy. Wheaty, and I get a lot of banana out of both the aroma and flavor. Not a good start to my sampler. On tap at brewpub.

On tap at Southern Pacific poured a hazy yellow with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of wheat, yeast and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, yeast and light citrus with a crisp lingering wheat finish.
