North American 2-row barley, German Light Munich, and Belgian Biscuit malts build the foundation for this crisp and dry IPA. Plenty of Columbus, Tomahawk, and Zythos hops give this assertively hopped ale its sharp bitterness and citrus finish. Dry-hopped and filtered.

On tap @ Southern Pacific. Clear golden pour with a white head. The nose is a bit sweet at first. A lot of melon and orange...some bread. A touch of dough and perhaps some lemon zest and grass. A touch bitter on the tongue. Fair amount of dough and bread. Melon, orange, and lemon hop notes. Just okay.

Surprisingly pours a very pale yellow. Has a light floral hop and pine aroma. Taste starts a little citrusy but quickly turns to a dark malt. A very interesting combination of flavor for an IPA.

I thought this was reasonably good. Citrus on the noise but not as much in the flavor. Astringent at the end but still colorful flavor dimensions in the mid-palate. Decent. On tap at brewpub.

On tap at the brewery. It pours golden orange with a white head. The aroma has some subdued tropical and citrus fruit. The flavor is nicely piney, citrus and some light grass. Dry and hoppy. I give them an extra point for not being overly sweet, but it could be a bit hoppier.
