On tap. Pours a clear light-medium gold with a white head and some lacing. It has a nice citrus hop aroma with a light taste that is hoppy up front with a crisp, bitter finish over a light body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @ Southern Pacific. Golden orange pour with a white head. Decent nose. Lots of piney hops. Some bread, toast, and caramel. A touch of grass and herbs. Maybe some apple. Flavor is sweet up front with a light bitterness. A fair amount of pine and herbs. Somewhat woody. Decent bread and caramel. Maybe some orange peel and grass.

Pours a clear dark orange. Has an aroma of malt and citrus. Taste surprisingly has little hops, given its blonde does, but does have malt, lemon and orange. Slight bitter aftertaste.

Yes, this is no ordinary easy drinker. It isn’t easy drinking at all. Unlike many/most pale ales that don’t suit my tastes, the problem here wasn’t in the finish but the front side. There was a frontal astringency as I drank it. Not to my liking. On tap at brewpub.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a golden color with an off white head. The aroma is lightly bready and toasty. Not much hops, which is surprising giving the hoppy blonde they make. Theres more in the flavor with some orange, a touch of caramel sweetness and a lightly grassy bitter finish.

On tap at brewery. Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Faint musty, skunky hops aroma. Faint malt and citrus taste. Slightly more body than the others I’ve tried so far. The light bitterness is slightly redeeming, but disappointing overall.

On tap at Southern Pacific poured a clear amber witha lingering ring of ivory foam. Aromas of carmel, earthiness and light fruittiness. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, carmel, light earthiness and a hint of fruittiness with a crisp lingering earthy finish.
