Chattanooga. Tn. - Riverside Wine & Spirits - 16 oz can. Pours a murky dark orange with a soft white head that clings to the edges. Aroma has some candied fruit sweetness, a touch of pine. Flavor has some caramel accents, some underlying light citrus bitterness, a touch of white grapes. Mouthfeel has a decent stickiness to it. Decent.

hazy amber, white head that settles fairly quickly with some lacing. caramel, tangerine, pine, pineapple, bread. medium bitter, light sweet. light body, thin feel. aroma would do better with a little more malt backbone, but it’s otherwise enjoyable.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A pretty nice pale ale. Hops define this beer. Not too astringent and very piney. Kind of a one trick pony. Bought this in Houston in 2013.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can from whole foods Chattanooga. Pours apricot with an inch of white foam. Massive pine on the nose. The Pine is pretty forward on the tongue and it lingers a bit. It’s got some stank to it. I like it.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Big can. Looks pale/amber. Aroma of a good amount of floral and lightly citrusy hops plus a little bit of pale malts. Flavor the same with a good amount of hops for a pale ale. Average texture. A decent beer.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Heyyy, a little bit of Texas made available in Chicago! Can’t complain.
Has a great, piney aroma true to the name, with some good zesty citrus and bitter hops to seal the deal. Solid!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: JUN 4, 2013 Poured from tall boy can into glass mug. Pours a clear golden with a thick fluffy white head. Leaves some lacing on the glass. Aroma is sweet and hoppy with notes of pineapple and citrus. The majority of the taste is upfront and hoppy. Average carbonation with a clean mouthfeel. Overall a really good beer especially during the summer by the pool since its clean, not too heavy, and comes in a can.

Now this is a sweet pale ale hat satisfies. The lack of filtering helps to prevent the lack of flavor so common in other pales that try to balance their hoppy bitterness with malty sweet. This achieves well with a beautiful pour into the glass and a thick malty head.
Definitely floral forward, the hops are pleasantly present and song of spring
