Black with a tiny beige head. Light lacing. Aroma of roast, smoke, chocolate and sour cherries. The taste is roasty and sour, a little sweet, with almost no bitterness. Smoke and roast still dominate this beer, but the sourness adds a nice accent. Medium bodied with almost flat carbonation. Not bad.

On tap at Hay Merchant. Pours a black with a small creamy beige head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is a mesquite smoke and roast. Thin mouthfeel with a sour fruit and light smoke flavor. Easy to drink a very complex variation on the proam winner.
