Not quite an imperial, but certainly not a standard India pale ale. Our double IPA is a hop lovers dream. Citrusy and clean with an incredible finish.

Not sure how I managed to skip rating this, used to drink it a lot. Berry move deep golden with ample head. Has some peach, some pineapple, and some pine. On the sweeter side.

Bottle@home, from Wine Spot, Cleveland, USA. Light juicy aroma with citrus and currant notes. Golden color with small artificial white head and slightly hazy liquid. Medium taste slightly sour notes of over aged currant berries and fruits. Some hops and a hint of sweet malts. Medium/narrow taste spectrum and medium aftertaste with sweet malts and fruits. Slightly unbalanced. Medium body with medium/light carbonation. Overall, fresh but too simple for the percentage.

Bottle. Golden color with short white head. Great aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, and floral notes. Medium body and carb. Taste is sweet, but very citrusy and fruity, with peppery feel in the aftertaste. This is a really enjoyable beer!

what a fantastic double ipa and its from NY to boot. . Strong citrus notes with a light malt backbone, really smooth for the alcohol content.

Raisin and nut hop quality with a bread like hop profile. Pretty one dimensional beer, but nothing discriminating.

Bottled 09/18/15. Pours clear golden color, white head. Really nice hue. Aroma is orange, tangerine, a little bit of booze, honey, really intense candied orange, mango, pineapple, an odd slightly estery note. definite defined biscuit malt that really sort of snaps. Flavor is nice, really good tropical fruit, malt, pine balance. It’s tropical fruit sweetness, citrus, really awesome pine that just comes up in the middle, with a brilliant biscuit malt ending that then dissipates into a prolonged bitter finish. I dig this one. Really blends the hops, malt and sweetness really well. Southern Tier regularly hitting the mark for me.

On tap in a globe glass. Nice medium amber color with a white head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt and citrusy and resinous hops. Flavor is similar with some bready malt notes as well. Nicely balanced. Medium bodied with mild astringency. Nice IPA/IIPA.

"Not quite an imperial" according to the commercial deScription, about sums this beer up. Aromas and flavors of citrusy hops are muted and tamed by the sweet malty backbone. Mid yellow body with what looks like fine yeast floaters, average palate. Overall it was ok, not a big fan of sweet IPA’s or IIPA’s or those in between.

Pours golden, slightly dark. Quickly dissipating head. Aroma is citrus, piney, maybe grassy. Taste is quite hoppy , piney, earthy, not overwhelmingly bitter. Some malt balance. Taste is stronger than aroma to my surprise. Note this is my first Double IPA.
