3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle to snifter - pours light gold with spotted lacing. Had kind of a pungent aroma that I wasn’t expecting. Light and piney, crisp. Dry finish. Very good!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On draft. Straw color. A piney and bitter taste. A moderately bitter aftertaste. Hides the alcohol well.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a thin head and aromas of... well... hops. Nothing too exciting other than a mix of a little resin and citrus with some honey. It is clean on the nose though, but not something that makes me drool or get overly excited. Flavor is also clean and decent. A honey sweetness provides the backbone to oranges and lemons with a bit of a skunky resin bite. Solid and enticing but not spectacular.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. This is a pale golden beer with an orange marmalade fruity flavour, citrus zesty notes and a warming pine finish. Excellent as usual from Southern Tier.

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
This is one of my go-to brews when I need to make a quick run to the local corner spot and grab a sixer for the evening. Southern Tier knows whats up

4.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
UPDATED: MAR 4, 2014 Makes me think of a brisk Northeast spring morning in the mountains - which is odd because I don't drink beer in the morning. Something about it transports me to the outdoors. Very fresh and pure goodness. The second one I had this I noticed it is more bitter than I remember. Still amazing, but not quite the perfect taste I had remembered.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Pours a golden yellow with a medium white head. The aromas are grass, citrus. The mouthfeel is dry, bitter and has a medium body with good carbonation. Very odd color for a iipa although it tasted great. Cheers!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from 12oz bottle. Pours a filtered light gold color with not to much head. Smells of hops and booziness. Taste has no booziness, up front is sweet malts and finishes off with a little bit of hops. Not on par for a double ipa.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft. Pours golden yellow with white head that lingers. Smells boozy with hop tones and little carbonation. Not boozy tasting but milder hop flavor than you would expect from a double ipa. Not particularly complex.
