4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A pale, golden brew, pretty hazy. 2 finger foamy white head settles to a thin top. Sporadic lacing left on the glass. The aroma is straight hops off the bat. Very pungent citrus. Pink grapefruit. This is really a nice smelling beer. Much like the aroma I am getting all out juicy, bitter grapefruit on the tongue. A subtle grain background. Some caramel. The malt actually holds up pretty well to the big hop flavor. Some nice, bitter bite at the finish and into a medium length after taste. Medium body, smooth mouth feel. This is a fruity, citrus bomb, plenty of delicious hop flavor but not over the top. Actually drinks pretty easily. I like it, I Like it a lot.

Very slightly hazy golden hued with a thin foamy head. Lovely tangerine and floral delightful nose. Big juicy piney and slightly citrusy flavor with a nice bitter floral tone, a touch of booze, slightly bitter-er than balanced and a thick pale malt boozy bitter finish.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nice aroma profile, get citrus and flowers. Seems a bit bitty, meaning you know you are drinking higher ABV as it sticks out. Nice golden color a slight bit hazy imo, white head with decent retention. Mild sweetness with plenty of citrus hops and decent bitterness. Medium body thick style DIPA and left with a decent bitter finish. You can drink more than one of these so get the 6 pack .

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Rosie’s Pizza, Penn Station bottle: pours copper with a white head. Aroma is light toffee, citrus, and malt. Kind of a simple and easy drinking DIPA. I have had this a few times, but I am finally rating it from the crappiest version of it given that this was five months olde. In any case this was fine. Not very bitter. Easy to drink for the style.
