COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Not quite an imperial, but certainly not a standard India pale ale. Our double IPA is a hop lovers dream. Citrusy and clean with an incredible finish.

355ml bottle. Pours a clear medium gold, with a smallish off-white head, which lasts fairly well and leaves good lacing. Grapefruit and pine hops mix with caramel malt in the aroma. Pine hops introduce it, with strong grapefruit coming in to follow. These give way to strong caramel malt in the mid-palate, which gives it some body. Pine hops reappear in the finish. This is a decent beer, with a good balance between hops and body. It could do, however, with some more interesting hops flavours. Itís not a bad beer by any means, but it doesnít really stand out from the crowd.

2015 bottle. Cloudy golden orange with a fluffy white head. Aroma is malt and citrus. Taste is all about the hops. Big sharp pine bitterness up front that gives way to a chalky astringency. Orange and malt are barely an aftertaste. Little detectable sweetness. Puckering mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle from Wegmans, Buffalo, NY. An amber pour with a tight white head; classic piney aroma; thick and resinous in the mouth with an unusually smooth piney bitterness; and a rich warming citrus finish. Excellent.

Bottle from World Market. Hazy golden/straw in color. Aroma is quite sweet with a bit of hoppiness. Hops and sweetness up front, followed by a bit of breadiness. Not a great 2IPA.

Overall, itís really quite good with the alcohol completely hidden. I would have liked a little more aroma from the nose but itís very good with lots of citrusy hop notes. Taste is better with plenty of resiny hop flavor with some citrus too. The finish is not quite as bitter as you might expect with a somewhat smooth lingering hop flavor.

Pours a clear amber with a slight white head which disappears quickly.......aroma of citrus......taste is pine, citrus, faint astringency, thick mouthfeel tailing off into a wood tasting finish. Slightly oily. Expected a bit more from ST, ok not excellent.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear medium amber with ivory head cover, strips of lace. Aroma of malt and citrus. Taste is malt that is shoved aside by strong citrus hops on the swallow, only to have the malt bring in caramel to re-assert its case in a lingering finish. Strong, yet delicate; well-balanced and fun to drink. A winner.

Bottle. Clear orange, fluffy white head. Sweet citrus aroma, orange and peach. Taste follows with candied fruit and light malts. Mouthfeel starts out with big bitterness but, finishes extremely clean and dry. Overall, very very good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
