3.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours dark amber color with little white head. Aroma is very nice with nutmeg, spices, and dark fruits. Taste follows the aroma but was much more than I was expecting. The spices are a little too much for me and make this hard to drink.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle - to me, this came off as a higher alcohol version of a typical winter warmer. Well executed, but not exciting.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
An interesting Christmas beer. Dark amber color, sweet spice aroma and a minimal head. The orange peel really comes through at first then gives way the spices, the figs give it a sweet finish. Very well done.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
bottle - Pours clear amber with a rich fruity, spicy, malty aroma. The flavor is sweet with some alcohol, dark fruit, oranges, and plenty of spice including cinnamon and nutmeg. Good beer.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A wonderful winter seasonal brew with a bite. I donít taste the figs as much as as orange peel and nutmeg, it definitely hits the mark as an xmas beer. Quite drinkable on itís own and wonderful with a warm bowl of curry. Pleasant carbonation, a bit sweeter than I normally like but you canít tell this is a double caliber abv. Would definitely buy again, Iím not sure I would want to drink more than one in a sitting though.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Deep copper, slight off white head...nice lacing. Cinnamon and orange nose. Pine and spices are strong at the start, some slight bittering hops mix in. Nice amount of carbonation. Much more complex than Iím making it out to be.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured a deep ruby with a thin, white head. Aroma of fruitcake, raisins. Taste is malty with a little bit of fruit (cherry?) in there. Much drier finish than I expected.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from the bottle into a pint glass to drink. The beer had a cloudy and hazy deep amber-brown color with a dark orange hue and a large foamy off-white head with average retention, good lacing and cling. Its aroma featured notes of spice, pumpkin, grains, and yeast, along with some fruity and floral tones. The taste was a sweet fruity and floral component mixed with a deeply bitter and sour grainy effect. It is fairly wet and lively with average carbonation and a thinner mouthfeel. Thank you Siobhan!
