Aroma has interesting character with hints of tropical fruit and mango. Equinox hop is something special. Nice appearance. Nice bitterness that does not leave your mouth dry. Malty and sweet finish keeps the palate ready for more.

pours clear bright gold with a very nice creamy white head offering good retention lacing. pine, sweet citrus, overripened peaches, sweetish caramel, spicy doughy bread/maltiness, honey and barley sweetness. light carbonation, medium body - oily and thick; sweet yet assertive if not harsh spicy-citrusy-piney finish. massive pine load in a doughy honeyed maltiness. pale american barleywine-ish. just.. big.

Smells like a yeasty ipa. I like this but I have no clue what it is. I get many different styles all at once and it works: amber, ipa and apa. Real easy to drink for 8.1%

Bottles in the past and draft at Pony. Pours a clear golden body with one finger head that dissipates quickly into white soapy lacing. Aroma is soft pine, vague fruits and caramel malt. Mouthfeel is medium to light with notes of soft grapefruit, light pine and lots of caramel. A bit too malty, but decent enough. Soft bitterness in the finish.

12oz bottle. Pours hazy golden with a finger of head. Smell is hoppy malt with some caramel sweetness. Taste similar with some nice citrus. Pretty good stuff.

bottle - This hazy copper ale has a small off-white head. It smells of caramel malt and resinous hops. The flavor is moderately to strongly bitter with caramel, resin, and a touch of citrus. It’s medium bodied and very good.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Hazy medium amber, good white head cover, mottled curtain of lace. Aroma of pinr hops and light malt. Taste is malt that is overcome by pine hops. The hops aren’t overwhelming, but they do dominate this brew. Solid IPA.

On tap for growler fills at half time. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Sweet and toffee on the nose. Medium bodied, spicy hops, warming alcohol and a bit of caramel. Long earthy hop finish.

This beer is pretty good at boosting the mind’s eye but really it doesn’t taste anything spectacular. It is an orange brew, mostly clear and w/ a small, white head. This has a very mild nose and is kind of bland overall. it is clean and nice and fruity but it simply doesn’t sock you in the face like you’d want from a strong hoppy beer like this. It is just as much about a simple sweet honey malts as it hops but neither aspect really shines. It gets a bit sweet and heavy as it warms but not to the point where it really cloys too badly. Still, this is a twelve ounce bottle of beer than I am starting to get sick of halfway through. I have had worse thing in this life but don’t suspect I’ll be having this again.

Orange peel, tea, pencil shavings, and celery nose, surprising complexity from a single varietal. Cloudy amber, with wisps of fine sediment, medium yellow head. Tea and orange peel, definitely vegetal. Medium body, moderate carbonation
