From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. Mildly cloudy golden pour under a large white head that fades. Aroma of toast, citrus, and the tropics. Clean though. Medium to better than medium body. The taste brings out a breadiness, a little citrus, thyme, pepper, and a bitter sweet character. Lingering. Pretty darn decent.

Aromas of pine, grass, and orange pith. Slightly hazy orange with a fairly lasting white head. Very dry, very bitter, very aromatic, definitely fills the sinus cavity. Medium bodied.

Probably a bad bottle, bought chilled at a quality grocer today and opened cold. A disappointing effort from a favorite brewer, whose Double IPA I like a lot. Almost no aroma - indiscernible hops, cloudy and unfiltered in appearance with relatively light head. Some citrus in the taste but a flat mouthfeel and sour notes in the aftertaste.

One hit of superior pale and one hit of equinox. a light gold evervescent pour, get a bit of the lemondrop hop variety on display with Stone, peppery, very light citrus and pine. nice dry mouthfeel, can not detect the abv, hard to find a better hot weather dipa this needs a separate entry,

I love Southern Tier. Thought I would try a beer from this brewery that I never had before. The beer tasted like burnt plastic or rubber. My son said I should call Southern Tier and get my money back. This is the worst beer I have ever had in 39 years of drinking. Donít buy it. (maybe I received a bad batch...I donít know)

12oz bottle poured into a pint glass. The 2xone pours a mostly cloudy yellowish orange with a thick creamy beige head that lasts a long while. The aroma is floral and citrus, pineapple mint and pepper. The flavor is pine, floral, mint and pepper. The body is thick and smooth. Overall this is a very nice brew.

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12 oz bottle into a tulip glass. Appearance: It has a cloudy pale gold cold color with some visible carbonation leading up to an average just off white head. Itís head slowly fades to wispy thin film layer which makes some light and slick lacing. Smell: The aroma is full orange rind and orange marmalade jelly on sweet bread. Taste / Palate: The flavor is full of all the same orange rind and sweet bready notes I picked up in the aroma. It finishes with nice hop bitterness and itís palate is right on for the style.

12 oz. bottle purchased at Prost Specialty Beer and Wine. 2015 Equinox hop variety. Clear gold color with lasting head in English pint glassware. Aroma is subtle fruits (grapefruit, mango) mild floral earthy hint.

The body is light and crisp and has a clean finish. The bitterness is not over the top for a DIPA. The ABV is completely hidden within a medium body. The fruit, floral and earth flavor is not in short supply but the overall feel of this beer subtle. The subtleness is what I enjoy most. I found this very enjoyable and now have a better understanding of the Equinox variety.

bottle - This hazy copper ale has a small off-white head. It smells of caramel malt and resinous hops. The flavor is moderately to strongly bitter with caramel, resin, and a touch of citrus. Itís medium bodied and very good.

Aroma has interesting character with hints of tropical fruit and mango. Equinox hop is something special. Nice appearance. Nice bitterness that does not leave your mouth dry. Malty and sweet finish keeps the palate ready for more.
