3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle - nose is bread with grass clippings. Slight citrus presence. Easy to drink though there a slight cardboard aftertaste. Not a beer to have after shoveling yet more snow. Gets better as it warms. I would drink a Blue Moon over this.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
5/14/2011. From bottle. Southern Tier makes a lot of excellent brews, but this is not one of them. Cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Wheat, light malt and spicy flavors.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light hazy colored. Malty smelling. Not much after taste and leaves palate slightly dry. Basic ale taste and not much of the wheat flavor.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
i don’t get much more than an overwhelming, heavy wheat flavor - hay, slight malt. Not well composed in my opinon. Far better wheat ales out there.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Nose a lightly sour, mildly hoppy mess, some sweetness with vanilla and wheat. Pours hazy pale yellow with a rocky bright white head and lace. Light medium body is very soft with lots of wheat and a nice wheat resolution, there’s strong and filling carbonation with a low-light of light grain. Fresh with some fruitiness from the hops, would probably be a very good beer for the height of summer, still works well even now as a refreshing American Wheat, a terribly conceived style that nonetheless occasionally produces good beers (like this one).

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle, 33 cl. Light hazy yellow with a small, but lively, bubbly white head. Aroma is kinda subdued with light grain, hay, light citrus, dough, fragant yeasty notes. Watery and light, rather sweet, very light bitter. Not very interesting

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Poured clean, with a golden yellow color and a small, lacing off-white foam. Corn and honey in the nose. Fairly simple aroma, mostly malty, with hints of honey, bread, and perhaps a bit of lime. Smooth on the palate, with medium dense body and lively carbonation. Simple, basic, but refreshing, very summerish. If that’s what it is meant to be, then great, but otherwise a basic ale. Nothing is really wrong here, but seriously lacking character.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours yellow. Aroma is spicy yeast and some malted wheat. Flavor is mild wheat ale with a very tame hop presence. Good but too light all around for my taste. Still not bad.
