35.5cl bottle. Appearance is quite simple: golden with small white frothy head, thereís not much to say. Aroma is wheat, cereals, and caramel, more complex than expected. The flavour is mostly banana, toffee and hops. Palate: sweet and dry. Light body, soft carbonation. Drinkable, would be better with less sweetness though.

Pours a hazy golden color with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet corn. Taste is slight graininess, lemon and very crisp.....finishing with slightly bitter aftertaste.

Another solid golden ale with a white head. It's clean a simple without being overpowering in any category. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle pours cloudy yellow with quickly dissipating thin white head. Faint aroma of breaded malt. Doughy citrus flavors. Not much going on with this one. It is smooth but very watered-down and one dimensional.

May 1, 2010; 12 oz. bottle (part of a "Pale Ale" sampler from ST). Wheat beers, generally, receive little love, but this deserves some. Dark yellow pour; citrus aroma (ST never ignores the nose); tangy & somewhat sour, with a clean, pleasantly-bitter finish. Judging this brew on an "it is what it is" standard, itís pretty good, and would be a welcome refreshment anytime . . . particularly during the warmer-weather months.

Light straw color. Hops on the nose. Light, refreshing with light wheat taste.

Pours gold with small white head. Sweet wheat/hop aroma. A hint of fermented fruit. Carbonated mouth feel and tingling gives way to a surprising common tasting ale.

For the style itís not bad. A little thin but very clean. Good to drink when itís hot out but other than that, average.

bottle. pours clear gold with a thin white head. a clean american wheat with a light citrus hop. itís pretty good for the style, smooth and crisp, but itís not a style that tends to impress. good, but hop sun is the superior southern tier wheat.

Bought a case of this at the brewery after seeing a sign saying it was the last batch. Iím assuming they are retiring this brew. Itís a shame to because itís a decent normal drinking beer. Good with food and relaxation, not boozy. Youíll get a little citrus and sweetness. Very smooth going down without any bitter and you can drink a few and still feel fine.
