Pretty much what you would expect from the name, a pale, wheat, ale. Aroma of wheat and light hops. Good carbonation, light bitterness.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle into a goblet. Pour us a honey yellow with a fine head. Aroma is that of grass in the spring with a nice malt back. Taste is a nice bitter wheat, smooth. Finish is a clean wash. This is a good ale.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Semi-cloudy with golden color and medium white creamy head. Aroma is wheat forward and dry with graininess. Grain is the first and most prominent flavor characteristic with wheat, banana and spice following it up, slightly metallic as well. Medium body with nice carbonation. Nice drinker.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: Itís a slightly hazy orange color with about a finger of soapy white head.
Aroma: Thereís a little bit of a wheaty earthiness to it, but it isnít a smell that knocks me back. Some hops, but not much.
Taste: The flavor falls into a grey for me because of the fact that Southern Tier is billing it as a ďpale wheat ale.Ē Unfortunately, I donít get much of the American wheat beer style beyond a touch of a spiciness mixed with some fresh cut grass. I also donít get too much hops in the palate, either.
Overall: My problem with this beer is that there isnít really anything about it that makes me crave it at all. It is between two styles, and Iím not sure that it is adequately capturing either of the parts of each that I enjoy. By no means is this a bad beer, but I guess itís a hybrid that doesnít quite bring anything beyond the sum of its parts.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Yellow, cloudy, wheaty. Very understated. A teensy sweet and a little bitter. Ok, but not that interesting.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pale, straw with big bubbly head. High carbonation. Very light, loks like a budweiser. Light wheat taste, crisp and sweet. Just a touch of hops. As much as I donít like session beers, I could drink this all night an even enjoy it.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours golden and slightly hazy with a small white head. Sweet aroma - banana, cereal, pine and some citrus. Crisp carbonation, light/medium in body slight bitterness on the finish. Subtle flavors, but nice balance, very refreshing and easy to drink. Nothing earth-shattering, but I guess that was the point. ;) Would have liked a slightly hoppier finish.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours out a light golden color. Aroma has some citrus and fruity notes. Flavor is incredibly light with some hints of grain. Body is very light with an almost non existent finish. Overall light and rather boring.
