Delicious wheat ale, almost closer to a pale ale. Pours a dark golden color, moderate head. Aroma is sweet and floral like a pale ale, some citrus noted, and taste is similar except there is more a wheat ale bland maltiness. Palate is sweet and smooth, a little bitterness noted at the end. Good hybrid beer, very sessionable as advertised, I really enjoyed it.

Southern Tier makes some of the best everyday beer out there. This is smooth and easy to drink, but with just a little more qualtiy and flavor than you get from the major brewers. 422 is one of my go-to beers for BBQs, tailgates, or a hot summer day.

Pours a clear yellow gold with a minimal head. Aroma is light malts & caramel. Flavor is almost identical to aroma, but with a hoppy background. This beer is really, really good. It reminds me of a lagered beer with a much better flavor profile. This would make a great session beer.
