Pours clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is cherry, candy (jelly gums) and notes of alcohol. Taste is acid, orange peel, sour berries, lime, spicey and maybe a bit of earth.

Bottle. Clear yellow. Small white head - almost fizzy. Aroma has a small nose of cherry and alcohol. Distinct taste of sour cherries, some bitterness, dry - full body.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Botte. Clear dark golden with small off-white head. Flavour is malt, little cheery, fruit, yeast, bitter and little bitter.

Clear golden color with okay head. Spicey flavor - bitter cherry? No hobs weird beer.

Bottle from Voldby. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are taste are berries, yeast, fruits, malt and hops.

Light hazy golden body, white head. Aroma of sour cherries, funky berries, malt, wheat. Flavour has some alcohol,, sourness, cherry. Lighter than aroma. Excellent brew.

Pours wheat golden with a slight amber tint. Huge, frothy white head which clears out rather quickly. Aroma of oak, hops, cherry, wheat, malts, and slight bready hints. Body is mild with a pleasingly crisp tartness, especially in the finish. The cherry is not too evident in the flavor; much more earthy and wood taste. Overall a bit of a disappointment, as I excpect a lot from Southern Tier, but still a very enjoyable, drinkable saison.

Cloudy amber colour with tiny white head.
Caramel, fruit, malt, toffee, butterscotch, sour cherries and strawberries gone off in aroma. Sour flavour is cherries, strawberries and berries in general but all gone bad. Even though the berries are gone bad it works brilliantly here. Just perfect combination of sourness and sweet butterscotch. Just excellent Saison. Well, to be honest this ain’t that Saison-y after all.

(22oz bomber thanks to Exiled) clear bright orange-yellow with a few fine white bubbles. Nose of cherry, spices, candied fruit, Belgian yeast. Taste of candied oranges, bitter orange peel, light alcohol, wheat, and some lightly sweet cherry in the background. Oily medium body, well carbonated. Rhubarb and artificial cough syrup type linger on this one.
