3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Great dessert stout. Incredible aroma of vanilla and caramel. Taste follows the aroma with very subtle roasty elements. Smells more strongly of creme brulee than it tastes. Very tasty but wouldn’t want more than one in a sitting.

Sweet and delicious. Can only have one but you will really enjoy it. Smell is the best part of the drinking process. Finish is a little strong. Great beer!

4.1 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
A strong Creme Brulee aroma. Pours black with a light head. It has a very sweet burnt sugar flavor paired with just the right amount of bitterness. An ideal desert beer.

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
The aroma is rich in vanilla as is the taste. Sweet, creamy, toasty vanilla is accented with buttery caramel. Very creamy, easy to drink once. It is too sweet to drink more then one.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Single finger head on top of a red pour. Caramel right off the bat along with some vanilla and butterscotch. Thick syrupy mouth. Very sweet. Taste just like advertised. Slight bitterness at the end makes this easier to drink without fatigue. Aftertaste is a little weird though.

4.4 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Poured from a bottle with a dark brown color, no head. Has an amazingly sweet vanilla, sugar, and caramel aroma. Taste is the same sweet vanilla, but also has a bitterness that prevents it from being too sweet. I can’t help wish this was a pure sweet stout, but maybe it would have been too rich. Has a full body feel and goes down smooth. This is a delicious beer.

This does not stand a chance in my fridge. I have a mild sweet tooth and I don’t usually eat a lot of desserts. So this is a treat!!!

4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Poured from 22 oz bottle into snifter.
A-Light brown head, dissipated quickly. Very dark brown in the light, almost black when not in light.
S- Smells like a vanilla/butterscotch candy. Coffee was there, but almost as if it were a vanilla latte from a coffee shop. The sweetness is remarkable.
T- Tastes like a very light coffee with a few vanilla/butterscotch shots in it. the vanilla/butterscotch lingers on the tongue for a good amount of time.
M- Crisp and light. Not as heavy as I was expecting, but with the amount of sweetness, it balances itself out.
O- The amount of vanilla/butterscotch in this took me by pleasant surprise. I was hoping for more roasted coffee/chocolate and a bit more thickness, but overall, the beer to me is very balanced and definitely something to seek out again.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
The creme brûlée stout pours black with a tan brown head that lasts a good while and leaves decent lacing. The aroma is vanilla espresso and cream. The flavor is vanilla, cream, espresso and dark chocolate. It almost tastes as though it was aged slightly in a bourbon barrel. Overall this is a nice dessert beer.
