translucent amber, large bubbled cream head. Burnt sugar and cardboard nose screams oxidation, marmalade. Soft toffee candy front palate, plenty of sweetness and toffee through mid palate before sticky thin, boozy aged end.

650ml bottle. This is the most oxidized of the 3 cuvees at this point. And I guess its a blend of the other two whcih pretty much explains it, big sweetness up fornt and a deep cavernous amount of oxidation in the mid palate and finish.
