COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer may have a cheeky name, but don’t be fooled; it is modeled after fine European pilsners to be light and crisp. Aromatic Noble hop varieties, 2-row malted barley and European style pilsner malt contribute to this pale beer’s smooth character.

Pours a clear solar yellow with a rather thick and somewhat persistent white head. Crisp, malty aroma has a sweet citrus overtone and a grassy hint. Flavor has malty, fruity and grassy notes, very refreshing. Perfect for a hot day. Smooth texture has good body, though not a whole lot of fizz.

Clear straw yellow pour with ring of white head. Sweet and corny with a hint of crisp dry hops. But not particularly ’noble’, more just earthy bitter. I guess it’s a little noble. Okay for what it is i guess.

Pours a pale straw color with good clarity and lots of bubbles. Small head dissipates quickly. Crisp aromas of bread, touches of hops and light malts. On the palate it is smooth and refreshing with just enough bready flavors and bitter hops to make it interesting. One of the freshest pilsners Ive had this hot summer.... Great session beer !

I thought this beer to be very good and refreshing. It has brilliant clarity and well carbonated. The head was a bit small but all in all, looks like you want to drink. Hops and malts work well here with a slight peppery or spicy notes. Malty tasting with some peppery hops coming through. Easy drinking . Prickly on the palette, smooth and clean.

Bottle. Clear, light golden body. Fuzzy white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of straw, grass, toasted grain, canned corn, green bean juice. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A bit of acidity in the finish. Lots of the same characteristics of a pale lager. A step above mass market beers, but still displaying vegetable notes in the flavor.

It poured a clear yellow color with a small white head. The aroma was of dry pils malt and some citrus. The taste was a decent pils malt and some light citrus. A decent Pilsener.

well if I am going to drink a light pils it might as well be from ST. Enjoyed in a proper pilsener glass. Real gold color with lots of fizz. Aroma is a sweet bread and noble hop grass. Taste is a little sweet biscuit. Very crisp on the palate. Good for what it is.

Bottle from Skjold Burne, Århus
Hazy blond color, small head. The aroma is too much corn-ish. The mouthfeel is not too dry, actually there is a strange feeling of saccharin; the flavor, maybe some malt, is not exciting; the hopping is decent, a bit grassy, with hint of straws and lemon.
Halfway between a mass produced lager and a good craft one.
