3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle; Pour is murky light golden with a modest hazy white head in this glass; average retention, very light lacing here. Grains and some florals come through on the nose. The flavor profile is a little sweet, average carbonation, some florals and there is some bitterness here. Light citrus note , lemon juice I suppose. It finishes a little weak, but this one isn’t bad at all.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. DOB: 01/18/12. A crystal clear pale yellow pour with a skim of an off-white head. A crisp & subtle aroma of wheat, cereal graininess, light corn, and touches of lemon juice and zesty rinds. Quite thin and crisp on the way down. Fairly watery. Semi-sweet cereal graininess and some wheat upfront taste-wise. Some light corniness in the middle. The crisp finish features some slightly sour lemon and zesty rinds. Clean and refreshing, but that’s about all. More like a flavored seltzer water than a beer.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pour is a clear yellow with almost no head. Aroma is a nice dry pils malt and some grassy hop. Flavor is again a nice pils malt and decent hop. Kinda light but it has enough good things you look for in a well made pils.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a clear light yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is faint, cereal grain, grass, sweet corn, spicy hops and light mineral notes. Flavor is light, starchy cereal grain, dry, musty corn, spicy hops and more booziness than should be evident at 5.2%. Palate is light bodied, with a neutral to off dry entry and off dry, lightly chalky finish and light, but fairly sharp carbonation. Meh, not terrible, but over bittered and overly boozy.
