COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer may have a cheeky name, but donít be fooled; it is modeled after fine European pilsners to be light and crisp. Aromatic Noble hop varieties, 2-row malted barley and European style pilsner malt contribute to this pale beerís smooth character.

Possibly one of the first (besides the Creme Brulee) from ST Iím not all that into. Just kinda lacks body and anything interesting going on. Little watery. Nice grass note towards the finish though.

The aroma reminds me of cheerios and has a hint of wheat. The beer has a great honey color.

Bottle. The look is clear, whitish head, golden in color. The smell is grains, sweet, honey, florals, and light hops. The taste is grainy, light, blah, and malt.

Not an amazing beer, and not up to Southern Tierís standards. But overall, it isnít bad. It pours really bright and clear, lots of carbonation, medium head. The aroma is mildly sweet and fruity. Mildness seems to be where pilseners register, or at least that is how they hit my palate . This one certainly is mild. The malt is sweet but not rich, itís crisp. Thin. But I donít mean to say this beer isnít enjoyable. Itís pretty OK.

Well I'm not a big Pilsner fan to start... To me this kind of tastes like a Budweiser with a little more hops. Light, crisp, very little head, notes of straw, grass and rubbing alcohol. Most likely the worst beer I've had from Southern Tier. Not so bad I'm going to dump it, but I would save this for my friends who drink miller lite. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Southern Tier Eurotrash Pilz has a medium head, a somewhat hazy, slightly bubbly, yellow-gold appearance, and some thin, splotchy lacing left behind. The aroma is of sweet, cracker, with some grassy hops. Taste is the same. Mouthfeel is light and watery, and Southern Tier Eurotrash Pilz finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, and dry. Overall, this is nice. I like it. RJT
