This beer may have a cheeky name, but donít be fooled; it is modeled after fine European pilsners to be light and crisp. Aromatic Noble hop varieties, 2-row malted barley and European style pilsner malt contribute to this pale beerís smooth character.

Pours a brilliant and clean straw yellow with one finger of white head. Nose shows a bready sweetness with a citric and grassy quality and slightly papery notes. Dry and spicy with a nice hop bite.

Poured clear yellow with a fizzy head. Light hops, straw, and grains on the nose. Pretty boring. Surprisingly dull for Southern Tier.

6 pack - Clear golden pour with a receding white-head. Bready and grassy aroma. Taste is light hops, slight malt and bitterness. Smooth and clean taste. Thin body. Nice pilz but nothing great. I like the similar options from Boulevard and Sam Adams better.

Bottle with a dumb label from Samís Quik Shop in Durham. Pours clear gold with a light white head. Nose of grassy hops and grain. Not as much lovely Noble-ness as Iíd hoped for. Light and pretty unassuming.

Poured a Bright Clear yellow, with a small fluffy white as snow head. Smells skunky, but it was fresh. Taste is Light hops, Grainy, fizzy....I donít know, There are better Pilz brews out there (Victory,Lagunitas,Sam Adams, great lakes......) I "May" try again 1 day, to see if I had a bad bottle, but this was not very good.

Pours clear light golden with a white head that leaves fairly quick. The aroma has smooth pils malt that is a little breadier than most pils and some spicy hops. Medium body with semi-soft carbonation. The mouthfeel is a bit bigger than many examples, but still refreshing. The flavor starts off with pils malt, sulfur, spiciness, grass and is overall quite dry. The finish has a bit more of the sulfur aspect. Decent pilsner from Southern Tier.

Pale golden thin head. Aromas of Zesty hops and grain. Flavors of stale grain, herby hops. Lightly bitter with a slig ht sweet hop note toward the finish (not a fan ). Still nice to try new beers from an old local brewery!
