2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Appearance: this beer poured with practically no head, the beer is a very clear light gold color
Aroma: very pale grain, wheat, perhaps some corn,
Taste: very plain, perhaps some wheat flavor, perhaps some corn, very slight bitterness on the finish
Palate: lively carbonation, minimal wheat/corn aftertaste, leaves mouth dry
Overall: I'm not a fan of this style but am a big fan of this brewery so I tried it, I'm still not a fan of the style but this is one of the better pilsners

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. It pours bright yellow, with busy carbonation and a fizzy white head. This is what a pilsener should look like so no complaints there. Then I hit a "bridge out" sign. The aroma has faint biscuit malts but what I am really getting is grass and skunk. Not a green or clear bottle but there you have it. Appropriate light and refreshing. The taste is a slight step up with a slightly more notable malt character followed by a crisp, clean, dry hop finish.

Tap from The Rookery. Pours a transparent gold with a thin layer of off white head. Aroma of fruit and bread. Taste of yeast/bread/grain with nice carbonation.

Very nice but alittle too hoppy even for a pils. Nice aroma and soft in features it is.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 ounce bottle poured into a brandy snifter. Pours a clear, light gold with a white head of foam that dissipates at a moderate rate. The aroma is a little corny with notes of fusels and rubbing alcohol. The taste is nearly abrasive bitterness that sweetens up as the beer warms. Phenolic. Medium to high carbonation.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours clear light gold. Honey, citrus notes on the nose. Earthy, fruit flavors, suggestive of straw and lemon. Not a fan of pilsner in general, and this one was nothing special.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Straw colored beer with a thin white head that dissipates into a light surface film. Musky nose with a bit of sweetness and a lot of funk. Flavor is clean with a medium bitterness and not much more. Not sure why I picked this up as it is not one of my favorite styles and this provides nothing noteworthy. It does have decent body and an overall crispness I guess.
