COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer may have a cheeky name, but don’t be fooled; it is modeled after fine European pilsners to be light and crisp. Aromatic Noble hop varieties, 2-row malted barley and European style pilsner malt contribute to this pale beer’s smooth character.

Bottle: pours a nice straw yellow with a slightly off white head. Aromas of grass flowers and some lemony citrus. Flavor is bright, crisp, lemony and malty. It’s wonderfully carbonated and fresh and light. Exactly what a pilsner is supposed to taste like. This is a wonderful beer, no "for a pilsner" justification needed. It’s damn tasty.

Bottle from Corks of Cotham. Ok, it’s a good pilz. But it’s still a pilz. Thirst-quenching, very dry, it would be a corker on a hot afternoon after mowing the lawn, and there is more character and depth in there than you’d find in, say, a Budvar or something. But it is what it is.

12oz bottle. Poured a pale golden yellow color with a moderate bright white head with decent retention. Aroma is of bready malts, and grassy hops. Tasted of hops and lemon up front, with a lot of malt in the finish. Well carbonated and light bodied with a dry, smooth finish.

$2 single bottle at Lemon Tree. So why did I think this was some Imperial pilsener. Fooled by advertising, I guess. Smell under the cap has that papery oxidation like an imported lager. Pours a lot of foam over a bright straw body, just a slight bit of haze. Bit of oxidation i the glass, with light malt and just a bit of Noble hop in the nose. Taste is okay as this style goes. There is an occasional medicinal taste of phenol, only in flashes. So it is just like an imported pilsener after all.

If you like your pils with a bit of hop kick, don’t look here. This has a really nice, clean flavor that’s sort of grassy. Very smooth. A lot of what I look for when I want a pils really.

Bottle. Pours straw yellow with medium bubbly head. Smell and taste is grassy, bit of soap, that kinda cat pee Noble Hop aspect. Easy to drink pale malt brew. Ok, not up there with the best.

Poca espuma. Aroma a fruta ácida, algo de cítrico. Sabor pobre, cítrico, poco amarga.
