3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Appearance: clear honeyed gold with one finger of bright white head, shrinking to a soapy collar. Aroma: light grass, some lemon, and sweet corn tamale filling. Taste: sweet grains, maybe a bit of honey, a hint of pepper, and some grassy, lightly peppery hops. Finish: finished slick and slightly oily, with the flavors gone quickly but the mouthfeel remaining. Notes: I like my pilsners a little more crisp. This one was almost too full bodied, and would have benefited from more aggressive carbonation.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
this lager had a clear pale yellow-gold pour and made a fingers worth of a white head that recedes quickly to a partial cover and ring, it left some spots and fingers of lacing on the glass,
this drink had aromas of light malt, bread, some citrus that was similar to lemon, there was faint floral and spice in the background, and a touch of bread sweetness,
it had flavors of pilsner malt and bread, light spice hops, and a touch of citrus, very little sweetness,
the finish had a nice crisp bitterness,
the mouth feel was light with some creaminess, and average carbonation,
a lager with a light nose and flavor with a light, crispy finish.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottled. Reminds me a lot of the Sam Adams Noble pils, clean, citrus hops, somewhat grassy with enough sweetness to be interesting to me. Very drinkable, although a finish that as it warms tends to go towards corn...not my favorite flavor. At the price itís at in Memphis, this would be a good hot summer lawnmower beer when non-craft drinkers are over.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Location: Draft at Texas Arizona, 3/15/13
Aroma: The nose of this one is fairly light with citrus, grass, and malt/bread notes to it
Appearance: This one pours a clear gold color with a small white head atop it
Flavor: The taste of this beer is similar to nose with grass and malty flavors and fruity notes
Palate: It has a fairly light body, with average carbonation, and a dryish finish to it
This one is a solid, drinkable Pils. I wasnít overly impressed, but it is plenty quaffable. I donít have much to say beyond that.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Amiciís. Clean, if not crisp, light noble hop aroma on top of sweet corn-grain malt notes. Like a mild German pils or Bohemian pils. Medium amber clear with foamy-frothy white lacing head. Medium watery body with medium to heavy carbonation. Starts medium dry with nice pilsener malt sweetness, good noble hop character, and a touch of sulfur. Overall, clean and refreshing, with light to medium bitter finish and smooth after.
