3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
From bottle. Bottled 12/13/12. Pours pale gold with thin white head. Delicate hop aroma with light bread smell. Not too much to describe. Good example of a Euro Pilsner. Nothing mind blowing. Just clean, refreshing and no over pronounced qualities. Good drinkable beer.

I donít like pilseners in general, but I love Southern Tier so I tried it. This is the best pilsener Iíve had. Clear with a bubbly foam. Floral hoppy aroma with a taste that hints at raspberry.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Pours a clear pale straw yellow body with a one finger fizzy white head that left a bit of light lacing. The nose is crisp pale malt with a bit of a crackery maltiness and light hoppiness. There is a touch of soapiness in here that doesnít sit all to well with me though. The flavor is a bit soapy also, I think that the combo of malt and hops are the cause of this soapy character, but Iím not quite sure why. Light and fairly crisp despite the soapy quality, light lingering bitterness. Light bodied and fizzy with soft carbonation. This one just turns me off to a large extent. Iím not even sure that itís really a flawed beer, itís just something that turns me off.

355ml bottle. Sweet and hay aromas. Pour pale gold, clear, with vanishing white head. Light body, fizzy, crispy, high carbonation. Taste is some malty, cereal, hay, some diacetil. Poor.

2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
The appearance of this beer is a pale yellow with a medium yet quickly fading white head, and the aroma is strongly of sour bread yeast with a hint of sweetness to it. The taste is quite sour and slightly sweet, but the lack of balance between these flavors makes the beer unappealing; also, the palate combines a medium body, thin and slick texture, average carbonation, and an abrupt finish.

Bottle at home. Crystal clear, small head for a pils. The aroma is cereal with creamy lemon. Light bodied, very vegetal, herbal, grassy, husky grains, quite sweet underneath. Crisp. Finishes quick and dry.

Really light and crisp. Cereal and citrus on the palate. Little bit to sweet and one dimensional for me

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear straw yellow capped by a white head. Nose of cereals and hay. Taste is a bit more sweet than I expected, some cereals followed by earth and straw on the finish. Body is light and crisp.
