This beer may have a cheeky name, but don’t be fooled; it is modeled after fine European pilsners to be light and crisp. Aromatic Noble hop varieties, 2-row malted barley and European style pilsner malt contribute to this pale beer’s smooth character.

nice deep golden colored brew with vanishing light white head. aromas and flavor of golden malt lightly sweet and with a lemon essence. that’s about it. and so with it’s moderate body and watery refreshing finish you keep an overall sense of wheat and a bit of vegetable.

Sweet, smooth, and a flavor I can’t quite place. IS the flavor a genuine lost ingredient? Some grain forgotten by the ages? Some morsel from a garden that never was and a soil that cannot be? What are those lost tastes? And WHERE ARE THEY? Do they fall out of existence like crumbs in the cracks of a cushion? I searched out this beer. I remembered it fondly from a cold basement in February. The beer was paid for by someone else and I sipped the beverage as I also fiddled on my yellow gibson les paul. 6 months later I stumble into a random liquor store and suddenly remember it as the only place in town that carries the eurotrash. Perhaps I wanted to go back to the cold cement basement? Perhaps I wanted to venture beyond that, to that realm where forgotten flavors float just out of tongue space?

Bouteille 355ml. Couleur dorée translucide, mousse blanche fuyante laissant une légère dentelle. Arôme de malt pils, citronné, herbes. Goût de malt, céréales, citron, légère amertume. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen-faible.

Bottle to glass. A very nice, light but flavorful pilsner. Sessionable. Will drink again.

(bottle - 12 oz) Clear gold with a white head. Light grass and malt aroma. Flavor is a very subtle grassy hop note with some dry and stale malts. Unimpressive.

I picked this one up simply for the name. Pours a clear golden color with white head. Cereal grains on the nose without much else; same for the palate. Finishes fairly clean.

Serving: from bottle--purchased at Full Throttle Bottles. Aroma: light hop and malt. Appearance: very small, white initial head with no lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Clear, medium-yellow body. Taste: lightly sour, citrusy initial flavor and lightly sweet finish with average duration. Palate: light-to-medium body, dry texture and lively carbonation. Overall: not bad.

12oz bottle from Wegman’s, Buffalo, NY. Pale straw with a ring of white head; sweet grainy aroma; full-on grainy taste - like an Eastern European lager; and a vague touch of noble hops to finish. No better, or worse, than the average lager from Poland, Czech, etc.

12oz bottle into Le Guinness 2010 - nose is hay and corn. Sip adds nothing but a slight hop kick. 11 more for my camping/canoe trip - hooray?

Bottle pour. Clean piss yellow with small head. Restrained nose of straw and faint cut grass. Taste is crisp and light. Biscuits and lemon. Some grassy bitterness. A well executed, not all that interesting, day drinker.
