This beer may have a cheeky name, but don’t be fooled; it is modeled after fine European pilsners to be light and crisp. Aromatic Noble hop varieties, 2-row malted barley and European style pilsner malt contribute to this pale beer’s smooth character.

12 oz bottle from Cranbury BuyRite. Poured a clear golden straw body with a an average sized foamy white head. Aroma starts off mostly grains with a touch of honey topped bread but with some warming corn and leafy greens. Fuller bodied with stingy carbonation and a very dry finish. Flavor is dry grains and saw dust. Blah.

12oz bottle pours a pale golden with lots of bubbles and a small white head. Pleasant aroma of hops, barley, grassy, yeast, and grains. Taste has an off bitterness, and a distracting sweetness, just not very crisp or balanced. Nice aroma and appearance which is not matched in the taste, light and drinkable though.

I don’t think everybody here understands this beer. It is exactly what it says it is, a Eurotrash pilsner. The brew pours a light gold with a white head, this comes from the loads of carbonation and stay throughout the experience as lace. Not too much to the smell, a little skunky like all pilsners really, but with some hop. Made with Corn and rice it offers some tart hops but mostly taste like skunk water, hops and carbonation. It’s supposed to go down like water and it does fairly easy. S. Teir’s take on this style is better than most, say a Stella Artios or Peroni, but not much better. Malty, corn tasting finish.

A very light yellow brew with low carbonation. Little to no aroma. Mouthfeel is thin, flavor is light, but interesting enough. Some light sweetness and a little hop. Noting too exciting though.

(Bottle from Rising Tide) Pale straw color, clear. Off-white head. Aroma is a bit of bread, a bit of corn?!, a bit metallic. Mouthfeel is fairly smooth but a bit prickly, fairly crisp and dry. Flavor is weakly bready and weak grain, appearing very much at first like a pale lager. Somewhat redeemed by some hoppier presence near the finish, esp. as it warms. Finish also has a touch of licorice. Forgettable.
