COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer may have a cheeky name, but don’t be fooled; it is modeled after fine European pilsners to be light and crisp. Aromatic Noble hop varieties, 2-row malted barley and European style pilsner malt contribute to this pale beer’s smooth character.

2011 Brewfest Roch. Clear golden body with thin head. Light and crisp body with hints of malts, barley and corn. Subtle yeast flavor. A decent pils, but not up to par with many of the other beers of the night.

12 oz. bottle from Julio’s Liquors for $2.10. I absolutely love the name of this brew! Classic. D.O.B on bottle is 12/19/11, so still fresh. Transparent piss yellow color. Small head nearly no lace. Cooked vegetables in the nose. Light German hop in the finish with a touch of malt. I can pick-up more Vegetable in the flavor, light grain. Ok for what it is.

Piss yellow with thin sudsy white head. Nose is skunk, grass, hay, grain, plastics. Flavor is pretty boring, light plastic, hay, grain, light grassy hops. Could have been worse.

Clear Yellow/Pale Straw color; Beers don’t get any clearer than this. The taste is very malty, overshadowing the grassy hops and yeasty flavors. However, none of the flavors tend to stand out and it ends up being a very average tasting Pilsner. The only redeeming quality it has is that it’s easy to drink and has a very crisp feel to it.

Botella. Clear golden, medium white head. Aroma of hops, bit grassy fruity like. Ok mouthfeel. Flavour is rather mild, hoppish fruit and grass, mild bitterness. Bit boring.

Bottle. Clear, light golden color, thin white lacing. Aroma of hay, basement aromas.Mild sweet flavor, light and refreshing. Light body, average carbonation, mild finish. Decent flavor for a category that isn’t my favorite.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2013 Bottle. Crystal clear yellow pour with a small white head. Nose is grain with light sweetness. Lighter palate, but fine for the style. Taste is clean and crisp - grain and grassy hops. Decent enough.
