COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer may have a cheeky name, but don’t be fooled; it is modeled after fine European pilsners to be light and crisp. Aromatic Noble hop varieties, 2-row malted barley and European style pilsner malt contribute to this pale beer’s smooth character.

Poured into a pils glass. 3.0 A: Clear light yellow color. Just one finger of frothy white head that fell quickly and left no lacing. 4.0 S: Biscuity and grainy malts. Super clean. Dank, floral hoppiness with grassiness right behind. Simple, yet seductive. 4.0 T: Grainy first, biscuity second. Soft bitterness, earthy and grassy hop flavor. Pilseners aren’t the height of complexity, but this is a clean, tasty one. 4.0 M: Light body. Crisp and refreshing. My only complaint is that the carbonation is a bit too high. 4.0 D: Super clean and tasty. What more could you want in the style? This would be a good choice for a party. Appearance: pale yellow, poured into a pint glass so not a particularly impressive amount of head displayed Aroma: Smells of spicy noble hops Taste: Bitter for sure, not as much of the spicy noble hops as the aroma would indicate but appropriately hopped for a pils. Light bodied beer that is adequately carbonated and surprisingly malty for a pilsner. Overall: Not my favorite pilsner but would definitely drink it again

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of chrisv10. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Fresh citrusy aroma hops in the nose atop some sweet malt. Medium body, sweet malts, a berry-like fruitiness and a subtle but existant hoppiness. Very pleasant and quaffable. 300312

355ml bottle.Pilsner glass.Enjoyed on mar´12.Pale yellow color, clear appearance.White, small bubbled, froth forms a close crown with fairly good retention.Floral notes from German hops dominate aromas.Clean bitterness, slightly malty.Smooth mouthfeel. Light body, soft carbonation. Refreshing.Easy drinkability. I´ve had many Original German Pilsner so I could confirm that I prefer this NY Pilsner better than many of them.

Pours a bright yellow with white foamy head. Great lacing. Aroma of hay and light grain. Taste is slightly sweet up front followed by an earthy lager type taste and peppery hop spice. Not as dry as I might want but good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg at the Craft. Hazy gold beer, little white head. Smooth palate, slightly soft with mild fine carbonation. Fresh pale malts - a little cream. Mild citrus. Minerals. Semi crisp finish. There is a bare whisper of sulphur here but it’s faint enough not to distract. Decent Pils.
