3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at the brewery. Pours a clear, bright gold color with a small white head and some small rising carbonation bubbles. Not much to the aroma; some grassy hops just barely peek through pils malts, crackers, and straw. Flavor of straw, crackers and other pale malts, and just a hint of grass and touch of sweetness. Light-bodied, with a crisp mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Decent pils.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours clear light gold. Honey, citrus notes on the nose. Earthy, fruit flavors, suggestive of straw and lemon. Not a fan of pilsner in general, and this one was nothing special.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Straw colored beer with a thin white head that dissipates into a light surface film. Musky nose with a bit of sweetness and a lot of funk. Flavor is clean with a medium bitterness and not much more. Not sure why I picked this up as it is not one of my favorite styles and this provides nothing noteworthy. It does have decent body and an overall crispness I guess.

Tap at Craftsman Table & Tap. Pours light golden, clear as day, soapy white head. Good noble hop nose, bready, very floral. Mouthfeel borders on thin, but a lively carbonation enhances the biscuity malt profile. Very, very easy to quaff. Good effort.
