3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle. Pours a light golden with a small white head. Aroma is mostly grainy, a bit of bread and some light honey with just a hint of herbal hops. Flavor has the honey and bread sweet character, picking up some gummy notes and finishing still sweet with a very slight bitterness, touches of fruit as well. Medium body and a sharp carbonation.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Not an amazing beer, and not up to Southern Tier’s standards. But overall, it isn’t bad. It pours really bright and clear, lots of carbonation, medium head. The aroma is mildly sweet and fruity. Mildness seems to be where pilseners register, or at least that is how they hit my palate . This one certainly is mild. The malt is sweet but not rich, it’s crisp. Thin. But I don’t mean to say this beer isn’t enjoyable. It’s pretty OK.

1.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Well I'm not a big Pilsner fan to start... To me this kind of tastes like a Budweiser with a little more hops. Light, crisp, very little head, notes of straw, grass and rubbing alcohol. Most likely the worst beer I've had from Southern Tier. Not so bad I'm going to dump it, but I would save this for my friends who drink miller lite.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Southern Tier Eurotrash Pilz has a medium head, a somewhat hazy, slightly bubbly, yellow-gold appearance, and some thin, splotchy lacing left behind. The aroma is of sweet, cracker, with some grassy hops. Taste is the same. Mouthfeel is light and watery, and Southern Tier Eurotrash Pilz finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, and dry. Overall, this is nice. I like it. RJT

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Appearance: this beer poured with practically no head, the beer is a very clear light gold color
Aroma: very pale grain, wheat, perhaps some corn,
Taste: very plain, perhaps some wheat flavor, perhaps some corn, very slight bitterness on the finish
Palate: lively carbonation, minimal wheat/corn aftertaste, leaves mouth dry
Overall: I'm not a fan of this style but am a big fan of this brewery so I tried it, I'm still not a fan of the style but this is one of the better pilsners

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. It pours bright yellow, with busy carbonation and a fizzy white head. This is what a pilsener should look like so no complaints there. Then I hit a "bridge out" sign. The aroma has faint biscuit malts but what I am really getting is grass and skunk. Not a green or clear bottle but there you have it. Appropriate light and refreshing. The taste is a slight step up with a slightly more notable malt character followed by a crisp, clean, dry hop finish.

Tap from The Rookery. Pours a transparent gold with a thin layer of off white head. Aroma of fruit and bread. Taste of yeast/bread/grain with nice carbonation.

Very nice but alittle too hoppy even for a pils. Nice aroma and soft in features it is.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 ounce bottle poured into a brandy snifter. Pours a clear, light gold with a white head of foam that dissipates at a moderate rate. The aroma is a little corny with notes of fusels and rubbing alcohol. The taste is nearly abrasive bitterness that sweetens up as the beer warms. Phenolic. Medium to high carbonation.
