COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Neolithic humans evolved from nomadic hunters into a more settled agricultural society, changing life forever. The ‘founder’ crops they raised included wheat and barley. It is little surprise that the first examples of brewing appeared during this age. Brewers owe much to the epoch. Similarly, we thank our farmer friends of today for cultivating the ingredients the are responsible for the beers we now enjoy. Their laborious days spent ourdoors under the hot sun earn them respect, as well as a mark of distinction: the farmer’s tan. Yes, the inevitable red and white hallmark of hard work.

Old ass bottle @ home, courtesy of jcnielsen. Thanks Jetson!!!!!! Pours a hazy golden orange appearance with a decent sized, cream colored head that doesn’t have much retention. Lemony, papery, cardboard, quite sweet, boozy aroma. Very sweet and candy sugary, lemon citrusy, fairly boozy, syrupy malty flavor. Even when this was fresh, I don’t see how this could have been all that great. At this point, it’s a drain pour.

Old rating. Draught. Clear golden blond coloured beer with a medium white head. Stronger hoppy bitter touched aroma. Medium palate; FInish is bitter, stornger bitter fruity hopflavours. Not bad.

22 oz Bomber-Clear yellow pour with a moderate white foamy head. Sweet, hoppy aroma. Flavors of floral hop, some grain/bread dough, & some citrus. Smooth & easy to drink, alcohol was well hidden. Enjoyable w/a hop bite on the finish.

Bottle, 22 oz, at Cardinal. It pours an unclear, golden body and a small, white head. The aroma is very piney and citrusy, leaving little room for the malts. Really pleasant, although a bit one dimensional. That goes for the flavour too. The ABV is well hidden, didn’t expect it to weigh in at 9 percent. It’s a bit too herbal in the flavour, slightly grassy, but mostly citrusy and piney. A nice bitterness chimes in, lasting for a while. Full body, with a faint warmth. Soft carbonation. A pleasant beer, but I’d rather choose a Belgian pale and strong one. 121022

Decent. The nose is grass and hay with some pine notes and little malt. The beer is golden with deep yellow highlights. Bitter with some sweetness. Smooth and fuller than the typical pale lager, but with some warming notes.

(bottle - 22 oz) Clear golden pour with a good amount of carbonation left for an older bottle. Mild bitter and malt aroma with a very light grassy note. Flavor is pretty decent, though a bit mild. Some light hop bitterness and alcohol at the front with a lightly bitter finish and aftertaste.

Bomber. Not sure how old this is but it seems OK. Light bitterness mixed with citrus and caramel. A heavy brew with a dry finish.
