COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Neolithic humans evolved from nomadic hunters into a more settled agricultural society, changing life forever. The ‘founder’ crops they raised included wheat and barley. It is little surprise that the first examples of brewing appeared during this age. Brewers owe much to the epoch. Similarly, we thank our farmer friends of today for cultivating the ingredients the are responsible for the beers we now enjoy. Their laborious days spent ourdoors under the hot sun earn them respect, as well as a mark of distinction: the farmer’s tan. Yes, the inevitable red and white hallmark of hard work.

Bottle [22oz] shared with HogTownHarry & garthicus -- c/o HogTownHarry. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a small diminishing bubbly white head. Mild aroma of sweet malt, grain, light hops, alcohol and citrus. Pleasant enough flavour of citrus fruit, sweet malt, grain, leafy hops and a bit of alcohol. Average bodied. Better then I expected but it would be a bit tough to drink a whole bomber of this, the alcohol is pretty prominent for the style.

Thanks to HogTownHarry. Appearance: Dark yellow, almost orange, small white head. Aroma: Perfumish, hoppy, tangy, orange peel, strawberry. Flavour: Stong tangy alcohol, hops, sticky mouthfeel, strawberry, malt, long honey and alcohol finish. Big & boozy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

22oz bottle shared with blankboy and garthicus. Clear oily-looking gold with a small diminishing white head. Smells like a boozy pils - pear juice, flowers and ... dust. Taste is alcohol and flowers - weirdly delicate. Light, syrupy body, mild carbonation, increasing drying alcohol in the finish. Not horrible, but holy crap, a bomber of this and you’re in the gutter.

Smells of pine, like an IPA. Nice thick palate, a bit maltier than I expected. Surprised it’s listed as a pale lager. Very good.

i liked this one. nothing to go crazy over, but a nice tasty brew. Easy drinking for the high ABV. Well worth trying once.
