3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
650ml bottle, bottled 06/02/12. Golden hazy orange with a small, cream-coloured head. Leaves good lacing. Big sweet caramel and a little biscuit on the nose with some (over)ripe fruits. Taste is caramelly malt sweetness with some fruity notes and a bitter, grapefruit-bite. Smooth palate, low to medium carbobation. Slightly sticky. Kind of overly sweet and one-dimensional.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
It poured a clear copper color with a heavy white head. The aroma was of floral and grassy hops, some caramel malt, citrus fruit, pears, and pine. The taste was of balanced hops (medium bitterness) and sweet malt with faint supporting fruit esters and a dry finish. Very tasty.

Sweet honey, sugary, ripe yellow fruits, sweet pineapple, canned peaches and canned pineapple. MF: good carbon, full body. Taste: sweet sugary start, honey, canned fruits, some citrus flavours, bit sugary, little grassy, hoppy bitter notes. Aftertaste: bitter, citrus, sweet ripe fruits, pineapple, mango, some overripe fruits. Flavour bomb!

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours clean and brilliant golden colour with a creamy head. Maybe a bit too resinous and strong for me.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: FEB 10, 2013 Pours light golden for a dipa. Smells of very strong bitter citrus. Flavor is hops up front with perfect sweetness. This is very drinkable for the high abv and the taste is right on. Sucked this down quickly, and might be my favorite of the Southern Tier beers.

Pour hazy dark yellow, with a small white head.
Aroma is Nice and hoppy of pineapple, apricot, pine, slight grass, lots and plenty of the hoppy stuff. Sligt caramel da well though. The taste is a little bitter, with some sweet notes up front. Medium bodied, with a slight fizzy carbonation.

Lots of fruit in the aroma. Good balance in your mouth but after a while so has the good taste dissapeared.
