[ Trade by acrdz ]. Clear medium to dark orange color with a large, frothy, excellent lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, heavy hoppy,pine, grapefruit, orange. Flavor is heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled - tasted blind. A hazy amber beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet matly with light notes of spices and fruit - especially oranges. The falvor is sweet matly with fruity notes of peaches, leading to a dry bitter finish.

From bottle #19 at sk8vikings American blind tasting. Pours cloudy golden orange with lacing white head. Solid hoppy and spiced aroma. Spiced and frity hoppy flavour. Smooth and nice caramel malty with a light yeasty note. Warming finish with a lingering spice finish and solid hoppy. Nice and flavourful yet smooth.

(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of tertons. Slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. Fresh and citrusy hop aroma. Medium body with sweet caramel and fruit notes - almost a little perfumy - before a rather bitter finish with quite some alcohol showing. 260708

Bottled. Orangeish golden colour with small white foamy head, leaves some slight lacing. Aroma is floral and fruity along with some slight grass and mild alcohol. Flavour is quite much the same along with some sweet malts as well as mild biscuity notes as well. Quite pleasant.

Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Deep golden, almost no head. Rich perfumy grapefruity hop aroma. Really sweet. The well sized but sticky body is perfectly laquered with layer upon layer of massive aromatic hoppiness. A hop bomb with a beautiful surface hiding a less than perfect inside. Very bitter finish. Raw and simple perhaps, but forgiven.

Bottle. Cloudy golden coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of caramel, hops and fruits with notes of grass. Sweet flavour of fruits, caramel and hops with notes of grass, grape fruits and pine needles. Hoppy finish.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a malty hoppy bitter aroma with hints of pine needles. Sweetish malty hoppy bitter pine needles flavor. Has a sweetish malty hoppy bitter finish with a long bitter aftertaste.

22oz bottle @ VV tasting, Odense. Pours cloudy copper with a small white head and lacings. Nose is fresh hops - lemon grass, pine and citrus. Taste is full of grapefruity hops & orange. Warmth from alcohol. Dry, bitter and crisp. Heavy - and I like it.

Cloudy golden color; small creamy head. Strong aroma, fruity hops, some milk cream too, peanut butter. Quite good body strength, candy-like sweetness, sweet toffee flavor, light butter, a bit too creamy; strong hopping, bitter oranges and resins. Strong ending bitterness. A bit chaotic, not as good as in the bottle, strangely.

Beautiful copper color; huge head; nice lace. Very nice aroma, hoppy, fruity and creamy, like fresh milk cream; notes of chamomile. Delicious caramel and toffee flavor, quite sweet; it has a good body structure and a dynamic mouthfeel; the bitterness is strong but never oppressive, the hop brings good oils, some resins and fruits (sweet oranges); the final is unusually sweet (and fruity) compared to the average Double IPA, perfectly balancing the hops. Powerful, drinkable, dangerous. Excellent.
