When words don’t say enough we sometimes let our fingers do the talking. Maybe it’s kid stuff, but the sign of the goat has been used by rock stars, sports fans, celebrities & unfortunate politicians to celebrate symbolically. Open this bottle for your turn to flash the eternal gesture of high voltage rock & roll. For those about to bock, we salute you!

[Bottle (650ml)] Pours a slightly hazy deep auburn with an average size long-lasting frothy off-white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma of yeast, dark fruit, sweet malt, light spices and a hint of banana. Slightly watery flavour of yeast and wheat along with dark fruit, banana and light spices. Alcohol relatively well hidden. Average bodied. Not always a fan of this style, but I liked it -- good, not great.

Bottle to weissbrau glass Goat blanket, hay, malt, and a slight sourness. Clear, light amber with a 1/2 cm bright white, creamy head. There is lots of effervescence and as a result, good retention of the head. Light banana, perhaps caramel, and bitterness. As a Weizen Bock, I’m quite surprised.

Bottle - Pale malts and light banana. Clear gold with a rich beige head. Bitter, boozy and a long bitter finish. Bitterness overwhelms the caramel and banana.

22 oz bottle- Pours clear dark ruby red to orange with a small light tan head that reduces to a collar. Aroma is cherries, raisins, root beer, vanilla. The taste is cherries, vanilla, wood, root beer candy, alcohol. Carbonation is fairly high, body is medium. This is okay, nothing i’ll go out and get again.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

650 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clearish caramel red-brown with modest-sized off-white head. Aroma is dark fruit, some funkiness, sweet caramel and a bit of roastiness. Flavour is full of dark fruit and mellow roastiness with some sweet caramel and a little funk. Plus body. Nice.

Alpha10 (419) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 20, 2015
2015/06/20 - Pours a clear mahogany with a medium, foamy, off white head the quickly reduces and leaves moderate lacing. Aroma is sweet malt, brown sugar, caramel, banana, prune, dough, wheat. Taste is sweet caramel, prune, banana, grassy hops and just a hint of roast and booze on the aftertaste. Moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Mouthfeel is oily with smooth carbonation and a drying and slightly warming finish. Would have preferred a bit more of a wheat centric taste, but this is still very drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark mahogany pour with a medium white head. Sweet bready aroma, lots of earthy wheat, and some subtle cherry. Soft carb, full mouth feel. Sweet malty finish, slightly boozy and a tad dry.

Bottle, 22oz. An unclear, auburn beer with a dense, finger-thick beige head forming some lacings. The aroma is sweetish, with prunes, some caramel and tropical fruits and some alcohol. It’s full-bodied, lightly warming on the palate, and with a nice carbonation. Prunes, caramel sauce, some dark chocolate and bread, a hint of tropical fruits and a nice bitterness. Not too sweet. Lasting finish which feels rather sweetish though. Not bad this one, but a tad boring, at least it doesn’t excite me. 150612
