When words don’t say enough we sometimes let our fingers do the talking. Maybe it’s kid stuff, but the sign of the goat has been used by rock stars, sports fans, celebrities & unfortunate politicians to celebrate symbolically. Open this bottle for your turn to flash the eternal gesture of high voltage rock & roll. For those about to bock, we salute you!

Bomber from TheEpeeist after two years of waiting for them to produce their Matador (still listed with no ratings). Nose is banana, wheat bread yeast, with a hint of vanilla toffee and cloves. Murky amber with a medium, lightly lacing, beige head. Flavor is lightly bitter, sweet bananas, and very spicy and peppery. Nice weizenbock!

Tasted from bottle. Pours a ruby brown color with off white head. Faint aroma overall the is sweet. Mostly caramel and a little nuttiness. Taste is moderately sweet with a mild bitterness. Flavors of caramel, nuts, toffee, earthy notes, and spices. Overall a very solid weizenbock. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear brownish red with not much of an off-white head. Caramel malts and banana coming through in the nose, just like the label says. Scratching my head over the combination of flavors in this one. Malty sweetness up front with a tinge of toast, but the back end leaves a bit of an old banana funk lingering that I don’t quite care for. Nothing too offensive, but I can’t get over the aftertaste to give this much higher of a rating.

Bomber that I rolled. A LOT of sediment was loosened. Poured at 54F. The resultant beer is very dark brown and opaque. A smaller beige head. Wheat, bananas, and a little spice are smelled. A kind of an odd spicy bitterness has some pepper in it. Some roasted effects are tasted including brown sugar. Fruit begins to emerge mid glass and it is kind of hard to pinpoint. Cherry? Caramel malts. This is an odd duck and not really a great one.

Thin offwhite head of fine bubbles that recedes slowly. Sweet malty aroma with some candi sugar, cherry cordial, roasted malts and caramel. Color is a deep mahagony brown with very good clarity. A little too clear for a wheat beer. Flavor is a bit thinner than expected for a bockbier. Mostly malts, roasted grains, spices and some a hint of wheat. Very easy drinking with a light alcohol presence. Finishes malty and warming. A ok weizenbock. Not really what i expected.

A dark brown ruby color, clear, finger of frothy off white head. Smells of funky straw, caramel, juicy fruit, apple, rye or wheat. Taste is a hearty wheat, rye, spiciness, with a caramel malt center and some spicy hop, some fruit flavors, apple, juicy fruit, banana. Alcohol isn't too apparent, overall it's too schizophrenic for me, the initial taste varies greatly from the finish. Nice effort though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

2015 bottle. A nice clear brown ruby color with a thick tan head. Aroma is lightly sweet straw and malt. Maybe a little apple. Taste is a tannic hops and alcohol with a rye like graininess. Has a sweet fruity finish with a malt backbone. Thin dry mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The aroma is malty and yeasty with the appropriate banana and spices. There is also light hops. The appearance is amber with no head. he taste is like the aroma with an astringent finish. The palate is soft. Overall has both good and bad qualities.

Bottle pour dark amber with thin ecru head. Nose all malt, caramel, toffee, very light spice. Taste similar to nose, initial sweet malt, some apple, then moderate bitter mid palate. More malt on the finish

From the 650 ml. bottle. Very nice looking pour with a mahogany amber brown and a big, boastful off-white head. Nice clarity. Biscuit, grainy malts on the nose along with day old banana and a slight booze character. Medium but astringent mouthfeel. Bready malts in the taste. Some sweetness but mostly a cardboard, overripe banana note and a moderate bitterness. A lot of people seem to like this one. Maybe mine was a bad bottle.
