Commercial Description:
Harvest Ale is our celebration of the changing weather and the sowing of hops and barley that will be used in our upcoming brews. We usher in the fall with a classic English style Extra Special Bitter of the highest order. Deep ruby in color with an even deeper hop flavor… in fact, we throw fresh English hops into every brewing vessel, then dry hop after fermentation to impart a zesty kick. This beer has real hop character that mingles with fresh malted barley for an experience that will make you wish it were fall year ‘round.

Wonderfully floral, spicy hop bite, but refreshing. Very well done Oktoberfest-type ale,

A: Nice light hay yellow color with a big head that dies down to next to nothing. A steady stream of bubbles rise to the top to keep what’s left of the head hanging around S: Wow I have mentioned before and I will say it again next to 3 Floyd’s Southern Tier has gone hop crazy. This is a very hopped fall brew. Immediately you can smell the floral hops. There is underlying bisciuty maltiness, but the hops are straightforward. Can’t wait to taste. T: Wow wonderful fall brew. I am not typically a big fan of fall brews, but this one is done right. Surprisingly the malt is up front here where it needs to be. Nice toasty, biscuity malt right at the start. It doesn’t hang around long though before being overtaken by the hops. Nice light citrus and hay hops. Very nice! One of the most complex fall brews I have ever consumed. M: Light and Sparkling just like you would expect it to be.

Bottled@Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grain, barley, some slight US hops as well as some floral notes. Flavour is barley, slight floral and fruity notes along with some mild hayish notes. Easy to drink and quite balanced. Nothing mindblowing though.

Dark yellow colored with cloudy appearance. Little yellow head. Hopped aroma with nice toffee-chocolate coming up, grains also come up. Medium bodied. Flavor has same rich british hops dominating, lemon and some vegetables. Aftertaste turns to perfumy with mild toffee and some yeast.

Bottle To Pint Glass. Nice clear golden color with a bit of white head. A touch of grain in the aroma and the taste is a bittery hopps.

At first sight it looks like a very pale lager with not a lot of flavor. In fact, I expected a lot darker. But then the flavor. Apricot, peach, lot of orange fruits with just the right amount of bitterness. Best I’ve had in weeks.

clear yellow, smooth fine white head. very nice flowery hoppy aroma, with a little fruity sort of bitter peachy note to it too. fantastic aroma. some orange too. just after pouring the aroma is unbelievably strong, full and appetizing. flavor is sweet malty, and lots of pine , grapefruity bitter hops. alc is low and hidden, this is dangerously easy to drink. faint sugary sweetness too. damn this is good. lots of hops and flavor for a 5.7% abv beer. quenching .. way too bad this bottle is only like 35 cl or so.

Bottle at home. Pours a clear golden with a diminsihing white head. Sweet with hoppy aromas. Some dryness. Also some aromas of malts and caramel. Medium to light bodied. Soft carbonation. Dry finish with sugary hoppy aromas. Tastes a bit like a watered down Unearthly. Good.
