I don’t get much from the aroma but the taste is a much deeper and complex version of your average wheat. It pours straw yellow and doesn’t have a head or leave hardly any lacing. The hops and malts really blend well to make this a well balanced beer. Crisp and solid overall.

Bottle at craft ale house. Pours clear yellow with a small white head. The aroma has grain, some floral notes, light grass. The taste is light, hoppy , some earthiness. Not bad.

Southern Tier makes it into Texas! Great summer brew, light and refreshing but still interestingly complex. Lemon and wheat with a nice shock of hops to keep you awake.

Bottle: pour is fairly clear light golden with a modest white head in this glass. Spotty lacing here.. the nose is lemon zest and biscuits, with some modest hop presence. I find the aroma to be the highlight of the brew. I thought the brew was too modest. They went for an easy summer brew and accomplished that, but I feel like the zesty, mild bitter wheat ale here was one dimensional

Drank straight from bottle. Tasted like fruity pebbles with some hops added. Aftertaste is somewhat funky. Pretty average beer that I would drink again if had limited choices.

Pours a very clear golden color with a white head. Aroma has a hint of pine and orange, as well as some grass and wheat notes. Flavor is very similar. I get some juicy citrus character which goes well with the wheat. There is a hint of sweetness. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Easy drinking and a nice beer for a hot summer day.

Clear golden with a small, yet resilient, whitish head and decent lacing. Very nice aroma for a wheat ale; lots of crisp fruity hoppy notes over yeasty wheat. The taste is very fruity, but not very sweet, with a nice bitterness. Crisp, refreshing, and light bodied; an excellent summer brew.

Clear copper/orange pour, with a small white head. Aroma has citrusy hops and a bit of wheat in the back ground. Flavor is a crisp and clean, some floral and citrus notes. A little bready on the tail end that leads to a nice tingly bitter finish. Very drinkable, and enough hops to satisfy my cravings.
