3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma is suprisingly grapefruit hoppy. Not at all what I expect in a wheat. Light bubblegum is there but dominated for the most part. Pours a transparent orangish-gold with a nice white head with decent retention and excellent lacing. Flavor is not as good as the aroma led me to expect. Light citrus up front. Some bubblegum in the middle. Finishes with a light grassy hoppiness and no spice. Got off to a decent start in aroma and appearance but really fell off in flavor.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: DEC 19, 2013 Pours golden wheat with thin white head and very active carbonation. Lots of citrus, honey and spice with mild hopiness on the smell and taste. Leave a nice bittersweet aftertaste. Another good pick from the Southern Tier team.

Light gold color, clear, lasting white head
Expressive floral nose
Medium body, thin texture
Bitter on the attack but a touch of honeyed sweetness follows quickly. Lasting bitter finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Harvest Market
Not ready for summer to go away. Pours a crystal clear light golden color with a nice fluffy white head that persists forever. Smells of lemon, cracked grain, light sugar and earthy and citrus hops. The flavor is light and refreshing with a spicy wheat grain against a light sweet sugary malt offset with some light lemony citrus hop. Light to medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet slick mouthfeel. Nice flavorful light easy drinking lawnmower beer.

Bottiglia 355ml, ordinata su domus birrae e bevuta a casa.
Chiara con schiuma evanescente.
Al naso un leggero sentore di luppolo.
In bocca finemente carbonata, poco corpo, speziata e luppolata.
Simile ad una saison.

On tap at Half Pint, NYC, pours a clear golden yellow color. Nose is light, taste is not full of much flavor, outside of a some wheat notes. Ok for a summer thirst quencher. Quaff score 6 / 10
