Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Fruits, herbs, sugar and flowers in the aroma. Flavour of herbs, fruits, light yeast, spice and loads of flowers. Light grape notable. Medium bodied. Dry flowery bitterness in the end. nIce and refreshing.

Bottle, 12oz. It pours an almost entirely clear golden body under a finger-thick white head. Wonderful hoppy aroma with citrus peel and pine cones. The malts also shines through, just enough to prevent it from going one-dimensional, and there’s also a peppery hint. Good bitterness in the mouth, citrus, pine cones and malts too. Quite dry, but not lacking sweetness either. Maybe a bit short on the finish, where it’s almost only bitterness that does the job. Medium body. Overall this is a tasteful and pleasant beer, one that I would very much like to slake my summer-time thirst with. 091220

12oz bottle. Pours a crystal clear, golden colored body with a finger-width, frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is a nice blend of fresh flowers and wheat. The hops are lightly resined, zesty, lemony, and blend well with a cereal, moderate sweetness. The wheats are actually somewhat cookie-sweet and make the aroma perfumey and subtle. Flavor is more the same. A bit of a zesty lemon greets the tongue before some wheat cookies mellow this out. A light to moderate, floral bitterness in the finish with some lemon-zest and a thinner wheat malt. Lingers for a moderate to long duration of floral lemons and semi-sweet wheats. Light to medium body, very smooth, and just a touch of carbonation. Overall, almost an American Pale Ale with a slight wheat character keeping it smooth and balanced. I like the floral citrus and medium sweet wheaty-caramelish malts. Good beer.

Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, light moderate hoppy, perfume - soap, citrus - orange, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - sticky, carbonation is soft. [20091012]

poured into a pint glass as i was instructed. clear yellow, thick white head. very strong aroma that i can rate without even getting near the glass. flowery hoppy aroma, some spices in there too, faint sweetness perhaps from malts beneath the strong flowery aroma. pretty nice i must say. flavor is flowery hoppy, faint wheaty, bitterness from hops, i find the wheat matching the strong hops much better than i thought it would, and i really like this flavor. apart from the flowery note i get some faint sweet thing, faint sugary sweet. mouthfeel is thick and smooth. Heavily underrated imo.

Bottled. Aroma has grass, citrus, some grain. Clear, copper coloured beer with a lasting, white head. The taste is hoppy, bit carbonated. It has citric/grassy hops, some malts. Bit on the light side. Uninteresting.
