Commercial Description:
We craft this much like a sculptor who uses only a hammer and chisel to shape stone into a masterpiece. Hoppe is spawned of these few essentials: barley, wheat, hops, yeast and water. This limited palette is an exercise in minimalism, with refined elements which are deliberately selected. This simple combination creates a golden shimmering brew infused with delicate aromas. The artful nature of this beer is exposed with the first taste. As the malt and hops created a composition of flavors, and elegant finish leaves an impression that your tastes will not soon forget. Don't be deceived by th innocence of Hoppe. Please enjoy in moderation.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy amber with a nice white head. The aroma was extremely hoppy with an underlying sweetness and a touch of citrus. The taste was hoppy and sweet with more hops following. Palate was thick and quite enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours a straw yellow color, with a clear watery head. Spotty lacing. Big hop aroma, with honey and cinnamon. Some licorice, too. Very floral overall. Hops infused with a maltiness hits strong, with a creamy tang reminiscent of vanilla and ginger. Some grapefruit too. Bitter mouthfeel, smooth and drinkable.

22 oz bottle. Dark golden/amber color. Flavor is pure octane alcohol. Light hop flavor. Rich, syrupy, thick body. Tough to drink. Really surprised how poor this is. Not good.

22 oz bomber shared by Rayboy. Light amber/orange in color with a medium off white head. Aroma is sweet citrus, light notes of pineapple as well as lightly malty. Taste is sweet citrus, notes of mango like fruit, with a moderate bitterness. Nice IPA.

Pour id nice lively golden with a sticky off white head...smell is sweet with tons of sweet citrus grapefruit...definitely smells like a hop bomb...taste is syrupy sweet at first wit a strong hoppy bitterness coming in thereafter...really disappointing...very out of balance...

Pours a pretty pale golden yellow and sports a lingering white head that exudes a pretty robust pine and citrus hop aroma. The flavors are likewise hop skewed...but there is, as it warms a bit, a moderate caramel/toffee maltiness that swoops in to save the day. Big hop profile is the lingering aftertaste, but I’’l be damned if I can identify which ones or where they come from! Great beer from a brewery that continues to please and amaze.

Smells of sour floral hops, very fresh and pleasing. Pours a hazy light copper color with a small white head. Taste is strong sour and bitter hops with a nice malt presence. The alcohol is there but not overpowering. Very nice
