Commercial Description:
We craft this much like a sculptor who uses only a hammer and chisel to shape stone into a masterpiece. Hoppe is spawned of these few essentials: barley, wheat, hops, yeast and water. This limited palette is an exercise in minimalism, with refined elements which are deliberately selected. This simple combination creates a golden shimmering brew infused with delicate aromas. The artful nature of this beer is exposed with the first taste. As the malt and hops created a composition of flavors, and elegant finish leaves an impression that your tastes will not soon forget. Don't be deceived by th innocence of Hoppe. Please enjoy in moderation.

22oz bottle, as soon as i popped the top i cought a nice wiff of a great hop aroma, i poured it into my glass expecting it to be much darker but suprisingly its a nice clear dark golden, great mouthfeel and hop/malt balance, not overpowering, i liked this one, good beer here.

22oz bomber. pours clear and golden with small head. aroma is sweet with slight grassy hops and a hint of alcohol. mouthful has big malty backbone with sticky hops that have a mild finish. the alcohol kicks in the finish after it warms.

Courtesy TBC. Clear copper. Small white head. Big juicy hop aroma- resinous, lightly spicy tangerines and grapefruits backed by some pale malt sweetness. I love amarillo hops. Same flavors. Nice showcase for these two hops. Medium/full body, balanced carbonation, a little sticky, very drinkable for the abv. I would have loved to taste this the day it was bottled.

Bottle thanks to ogglethorp. Copper color with decent white head. Nose of sweet citrus fruit, and a hint of malt. Big grapefruit hit up front with a tanging hoppy bite throughout. Balance of slightly roasted malt that helps smooth the warmth of the alcohol. Really a nice mouthfeel from start to finish.

Pours an intriguiing uniform orange-gold. Faint white head. Aromas of orange, grass, lemon, rye and perfume are tone-perfect. Soft palate, accented by a gentle bite of hops and astringency and rounded out by a full grapefruit, lush hop finish. Really a very good American strong that nods to the Belgian classics.

Pours a very pale color with a thin white head. Nice hoppy aroma. Flavor has some nice pine and citrus flavors. The malt blends nicely. Well balanced and a solid beer. Hides the 10% very well.

Bottle. Pours a hazy copper color with a pillowy white head. Aroma is grapefruit, pine, orange, caramel. Flavor is a nice punch of grapefruit, orange, pine, and caramel. Palate is medium bodied, medium carbonation, finishes with a prickly bitterness and warming alcohol. Nice

Pours a dark amber color. Aroma is heavy on the hops. Notes of hops, sweet malts, and some grapefruit/citrus. Overall it is a very well crafted beverage.
