Commercial Description:
We craft this much like a sculptor who uses only a hammer and chisel to shape stone into a masterpiece. Hoppe is spawned of these few essentials: barley, wheat, hops, yeast and water. This limited palette is an exercise in minimalism, with refined elements which are deliberately selected. This simple combination creates a golden shimmering brew infused with delicate aromas. The artful nature of this beer is exposed with the first taste. As the malt and hops created a composition of flavors, and elegant finish leaves an impression that your tastes will not soon forget. Don't be deceived by th innocence of Hoppe. Please enjoy in moderation.

Bottle from Beerman6686. Thanks Daniel. Pours a goldish yellow color with a little head. Aroma is that of a big ass APA. Bready and biscuity malts with a nice kick of citrus and floral hops. Drinks like a big APA. Nice malty beer that has nice notes of bread and biscuits. Maybe cookies - sweet bready. Finishes with a nice big bitterness that consisted of citrus and pine. Could not tell this was 10%. Pretty big carbonation, a little dry and resinous. Some good stuff. I would like to try this one when fresh.

hazy golden color, thin head, with some lacing. aroma is wonderfully hoppy grapefruit and hints of pine. flavor is all bittery citrusy hoppiness. beauty pine finish which lingers. not a hop bomb, but a more delicate hop hop experience, enjoyable none-the-less. a respectable 8% abv remains fairly well hidden.

Orange - gold pour with a thin white head. Very clear. Not much of an aroma, some hearty grains and yeast and a bit of sweetness. Very grainy, almost corn flake like taste. Alcohol is noticeable but not overpowering . A bit of sweetness and fruit. Alcohol leaves a lasting aftertaste. This stuff isn’t bad, but a pale ale should be easy to drink and refreshing. Making this imperial doesn’t really add anything except a huge amount of alcohol and I think in this case it only hurt the beer.

Clear light amber with a fleeting head. Nice grassy, sweet malt aroma. Smooth medium body with mild carbonation. Good pale malt sweetness carrying flavors of pine sap and floral hops. Has a mild alcohol bitterness to finish. Enjoyed this one.

A dork yellow color with a huge head. Hoppy and little fruit aroma. The hops are strong but not over powering. The alchahol is well hidden as this is a very drinkable brew.
