Draft. A deep red beer with small Tan head. The aroma has notes of hops, grapefruit, and grass at first, but underneith are lighter notes of roasted malt. Very dark brown beer, just about clear. Very moderate carbonation. Soft palate. Sweet creamy malt, very soft. Blends seamlessly with sweet hops that impart peach and a little melon. Finishes soft and creamy with some alcohol, minerals and a touch of hop bitterness. Very nice!
