May 16, 2008 2/8/08 notes: bottle. Pours beautiful and unique hazy orange amber color. Scent is surprisingly light on hops or fruit. On palate, this beer is sweet and thick, and its hops quickly give way to a firm malt background. Finish is mildly bitter and coats the tongue. Overall, a very solid IPA, but I prefer a little more fruity hop presence.

May 13, 2008 Pretty good IPA. Sweet smell of apricots on the nose, with a pleasant hoppiness. Lacking in that metallic taste so many hop heavy IPAs & PA have.

May 12, 2008 IPA tasting Three Cellars, Milwaukee. Not bad maybe slightly better than average. Decent balance. Nice hops. With a dryish finish.

May 11, 2008 Amber with thin off-white head. Aroma of citrus hops with a little sweetness. Taste is sweet with citrus hops and caramel. Decently balanced.
