| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 7, 2008 A crystal-clear copper beer with a small head that doesn’t last but leaves lace. The aroma is pure fruity hops (maybe grape, lychee, some citrus). The flavor is very crisp hoppiness, finishing dry and bitter. This is a pure IPA. Nothing fancy, but delicious hops. hiphop (84), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Pours a beautiful golden orange with a rocky white head. Piney, resiny hops on the nose and palate. Just great, happy it here at last. Beer Snob (380), Ontario, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 4, 2008 Nice aroma - floral and hoppy. Flavor is a bit herbal - nothing wrong with the ale, but it leaves a bit of a cloying bitterness that seems somewhat ’unnatural" for wont of a better word.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 29, 2008 Thanks to my Secret Santa for this beer. Pours a deep orange color with a frothy, lacey head. Nose of oranges, pine and honey as well...great nose. Flavor is not as hoppy as I anticipated, but they are there and they linger throughout the entire experience. Sweet malts balance it out. Good fruit flavor with a refreshing bite at the end. Easy drinking IPA. Thanks Santa! SuzyGreenberg (1324), Seattle, Washington, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 29, 2008 12 oz. bottle - purchased at Oliver’s in Albany; pours light orange with lots of carbonation and a thin white head; crisp, pine hop aromas; drinks bitter with some sweetness in the finish, but this one is all hops; drinkable though and a little reminiscent of west coast IPA’s JCB (1743), Durham, North Carolina, USA

A vibrant copper/amber pour with some clear and lively carbonation. Big tangerine notes in the nose, along with just a hint of pine for bitter balance. Sweet malts are there for sure, but there’s nothing cloying or syrupy about them; in fact, they don’t so much provide contrast as resonate nicely with the fruits and pine. Very nice, refreshing IPA. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 23, 2008 Bottle: Pours a golden color with a nice white head. The nose is toasty with a rich biscuit and grapefruit note. Some earthiness and grass in the flavor. A light mouthfeel and a moderate body with a deeper toastiness than you get with most IPAs. Not too hoppy but a good pleasant crispness that keeps you interested.
