Pours clear amber with a smallish head. Great apples and citrus aroma. Flavours are fruity hops, hints of toffee towards the finish. Nice hop mix. A great American IPA. tmike1313 (15), USA Sep 5, 2007 bottle-poured a nice white frothy head, which dissolved after a few minutes. Body was a light amber, and had a bouquet of citrusy hops. Overall, my kind of IPA. vyvvy (2023), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA Sep 2, 2007 Pours copper with a light tan head. The aroma has muddled caramel malt, orange / pine hops and some sweetness - very smooth. Medium body that starts smooth and ends grainy with semi-sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with musty caramel malt and some spicy hops. The finish has some citrus and pine. Fair at best. rick10485 (53), oneonta, New York, USA Sep 2, 2007 I tried this IPA on tap at a local bar. Poured a dark, amber with a thing head. Held the usual crisp hoppy aroma along with notes of citrus. Ends a bit more bitter then i like but overall is a great IPA Grovlam (3790), Copenhagen, Denmark Sep 2, 2007 Bottle.
