4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
This is my current favorite IPA. A wonderful citrus/pine aroma greets you before the hop attack. Not overly bitter, but it lets you know it’s an IPA in no uncertain terms. Smooth finish and pairs well with spicy foods.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Very crisp. A nice sharp bitterness up front mixed in with some resin and pine. Nothing that really stands out too much, a good balanced IPA.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 oz bottle at Mrs. Doyle’s 90th birthday party. Pretty much as good or bad as any of the other IPA’s. There’s a creaminess here that is unique to Southern Tier products. Good to very good overall.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottled. Slightly hazy orange, thinnish creamy head. Floral/polleny and slightly resiny nose, some mango and peaches. Caramelly sweet start with dryish biscuity towards the finish. Bitterness level is medium, character slightly resiny. Medium body, slightly oily and a bit low in carbonation.
